Seemed a bit of a strange signing really. He obviously held down a place at Birmingham but I'm not getting excited about a back up keeper who has been in and out of sides in the lower leagues for years.

The Premier League in Scotland is shit but lower leagues? Didn't the Southampton keeper come from the SPL?
The point is he was scouted by a very, very good, experienced keeper, a club legend who clearly saw something to make him the recommendation.
I remember last summer the fans not being exited by the signing of Sakho or ANOTHER Maiga in some books or a Championship standard Cresswell.
